Fees

Screening                                                          £100

You can choose between:

A free 15-minute screening call

The free call is for families who have already decided that an autism assessment is right for them, and just want a quick chat to check we are the right service for them. 

           

or

 

£100 detailed screening appointment (deducted from assessment cost if you proceed).

If you are unsure about an autism assessment, or want to talk in more detail about your family's specific needs, the longer screening call might suit you better. If you decide to go ahead with assessment, we deduct the cost of the screening call from the overall cost. 

Standard autism assessment         £1800

A standard assessment includes:

  • Parent and school questionnaires

  • Direct play‑based (or activity based) assessment session with your child

  • A parent interview

  • A full clinical team discussion using ICD‑11 criteria

  • A detailed feedback session

  • A comprehensive written report with recommendations

  • A one-page letter confirming the assessment outcome

Extended autism assessment        Pricing available on request                              

In some situations, we may need a little more information to fully understand your child’s profile. This might include language or cognitive assessments, or arranging an extra visit so we can see how your child communicates and learns across different settings. These steps help us make sure our assessment is thorough, accurate and truly reflective of your child’s strengths and needs.

If we feel that additional steps are needed these will be charged separately, and we will always discuss the options and fees with you on a case‑by‑case basis, as every child’s needs are unique. We will talk through any additional assessments as early in the process as we can so there are no surprises.

PLEASE NOTE: You are paying for an assessment and evaluation against World Health Organisation criteria for autism.  A diagnosis of autism is not guaranteed: we will only diagnose autism when diagnostic criteria are met. 

We are only able to accept self-funded assessments at this time. We do not accept private medical insurance, Right to Choose or NHS referrals. We can provide an invoice if you are able to reclaim the costs of the assessment from your employer or insurer.
