Registration and Screening
Get in touch to let us know that you are interested and we will send you a registration form. We want to make sure that our service is right for your family.
You will be able to choose between:
* a free 15 minute screening call where we ask a few structured questions to see if we are the right service for you
or
* a £100 more detailed screening call to tell us about your child and consider next steps.

Getting started
Once we have agreed that an autism assessment is right for your child we'll ask you for more detailed information about your child's development so far, what they are good at and about any differences that you have noticed.
If you opted for the free screening call we'll ask you for £100 deposit to reserve your assessment slots at this stage

Booking Appointments
We'll arrange appointments with you and your child to learn more about how they are understanding and interacting with the world.
1. A Parent Appointment by video call. This is a relaxed discussion about your child's development and needs.
2. A Child Appointment. This is an activity or play‑based session where we spend time getting to know how your child communicates, interacts and plays. These are always tailored to your child's age and stage of development. Children's appointments are face to face.

School/ Nursery Information
We will ask your child's nursery or school to share their observations about how your child learns, communicates and gets on day‑to‑day, so we can build a full and balanced picture of their strengths and needs.
We may also ask for information from other important people in your child's life or from other professionals who know your child well, for example if they are not in an education setting.

Clinical Discussion
Our clinical team brings together all the information from the assessment and carefully consider it against the World Health Organisation criteria for autism (ICD-11), helping us build a clear, balanced understanding of your child’s strengths and needs.

Feedback and Report
When your child's assessment is complete we will arrange a feedback appointment with you via video call.
At the feedback stage, we talk you through the assessment findings in a clear and supportive way, and you will receive a detailed report with practical recommendations to help guide your child’s next steps.
