Any information we hold is stored securely, used only for the purposes of assessment and support, and never shared without a clear reason. Your child’s safety and wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do. We follow national safeguarding guidance and professional standards to ensure that every child, young person and family is supported in a safe, respectful and protective environment.

If we ever have concerns that a child may be at risk of harm, we have a duty to act. This may include sharing relevant information with safeguarding agencies, and we will always discuss this with you whenever it is safe and appropriate to do so. Safeguarding is a shared responsibility, and we work closely with families, schools and other professionals to ensure children receive the right support at the right time.
